LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

By participating in our Loyalty Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

  • The Program is open to individuals who are 19 years of age or older and are residents of Ontario.

  • Valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age and residency at any time.

EARNING POINTS

  • Customers will earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 spent (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Points are automatically tracked through your registered loyalty account at the time of purchase.

  • Military and Seniors Discount members are excluded from the points program, as they already receive 15% off all eligible purchases.

REDEEMING POINTS

  • Points can be redeemed as follows:

    • 500 points = 5% off

    • 1,000 points = 10% off

    • 1,500 points = 15% off

  • Redemption tiers are non-stackable. Only one discount (either loyalty or another offer) may be applied per transaction.

  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

PROGRAM RULES

  • Points may be subject to expiration or adjustment at our discretion.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or special offers, including monthly rotational discounts or store-wide sales unless explicitly stated.

  • Price matching is exclusively available to Loyalty Program members and only applies to competing stores located within the Orleans area.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s participation in the Program at any time for misuse or violation of these terms.

CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM

  • The Program structure, benefits, and terms may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. When you join our Loyalty Program, we collect only the basic information necessary to maintain your membership and communicate with you (such as name, email, and phone number).

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party companies.

  • Your information will only be used for Program-related communications, including updates, reward notifications, and exclusive member offers.

  • You may opt out of communications or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly.
